Open windows explorer and go to “Tools” select “Folder Options”.
In Folder options click the “View” tab.
Now uncheck the “Display simple folder view in Explorers Folder List”
In Folder options click the “View” tab.
Now uncheck the “Display simple folder view in Explorers Folder List”
Now all Folder Tree lines will reappear in Windows Explorer as shown below
